Hydraulic paving is a flooring comprised of aggregates (of different grain sizes) cements and dyes, which is compacted and left unpolished. The finish allows for special elevations to be made on the face side, this is what gives it’s characteristic name. This anti-slip flooring is ideal for placing in high traffic public zones pavements etc. Terrazzo is a building material made of pebbles or chippings (usually marble) cement and conglomerates. Because of its high strength and low cost, it is the finishing material most used in interior and exterior flooring.
